I remember folks calling attention to the fact that there was no sever ability clause in it. No matter, the SC can and does do what it wants we were told. So the Ds know this as well.
So the intention removal of the sever ability clause was an intentional message to the Court telling them, if we can’t have the power that comes with this big POS then we don’t want it at all.
AND it was a trade off to get the POS passed.
I don't remember that before they illegally it passed through reconciliation, only after. Remember they had to pass it to find out what was in it.
