I am not at all surprised. The entire Republican primary system is fixed.
A week after Thanksgiving, I talked a public figure friend of mine out of coming out for Gingrich, because IMHO, he didn’t have a prayer. I wanted anyone but Romeny, hoped for anyone but Romney, but intellectually knew that the fix was in. Its his turn. Just like it was McCains.
It happens because many if not most of the R primaries are open. They are open for a reason. They are open so this very thing happens. They are open so that the Elites can set up the chess board so that it goes their way.
Both parties are corrupted and owned and it ain’t by us.

Its all one big game of good cop bad cop; a game run to maintain the status quo. The Republicans don’t mind at all being the minority party. They get the same perks and pay and have all the excuses they can buy.
The Dems were so stupid they didn’t even read the bill to figure out the severability was gone.

IINM, Mark said they may have left it out, purposely. I wonder if they’re that smart? If they did, and it’s killed by SCOTUS, they can quickly blame it on the Conservatives as “hating the uninsured, poor masses”, right before the GE. And you 0bummer will jump on that too, ASAP.
