in that law’s place - mandate a smoker’s shed type area for them to die with their deluxe cell phones and 22 inch rims

I believe in emergency free care if you have no insurance or money and your head is in your pocket

I also believe one should effort payback but what is the message when the poorest cannot see a doc for a broken leg etc
