I believe in emergency free care if you have no insurance or money and your head is in your pocket

I also believe one should effort payback but what is the message when the poorest cannot see a doc for a broken leg etc

the message is - there will be no more faceless bureaucrap passing out everyone else’s money - there will be no more computers sending checks or blips to banks and hospitals

anyone needing my help needs to face me - and i do expect at least a small amount of gratitude
