I’m cautiously optimistic, but it’s way too early to be doing victory laps, IMHO. Sometimes you can’t tell how SCOTUS will rule from their questions.

As am I...no telling what Obama is plotting and I am not that comfortable with the SCOTUS. However, the news is truly looking good.
