Cannot pay rent:

The current charge doesn't show, but 2 counts of theft by taking went Nolle Prosse (translation: State refuses to prosecute).

That is for ONE county, Dekalb, in Georgia.

That’s just a reflection of the “white man’s laws keeping the brother down”, ie, critical race theory.

Also, requiring him to pay rent is racist, because of the legacy of slavery, he should be allowed to live anywhere he wants for free.
