was it smart of Mr Z to ignore the dispatcher and
contiinue to follow young Master M? No.
But disobeying a dispatcher is not evidence of a crime.
Was it murder? No one can say. No witness saw
a murder, nor has video has surfaced till now showing
a murder.
I don’t see how this goes anywhere except maybe an action
for ‘conspiracy to deprive him of his civil rights’, a federal beef.
And even that is a stretch, since there is no evidence of
any conspiracy.
bottom line is that there is no evidence of a crime here,
unless you count Martin’s attack on Z.
“was it smart of Mr Z to ignore the dispatcher and

There had been a number of break-ins in the neighborhood by young, Black men and he was concerned that Trayvon might be another burglar. He didn’t disobey the 911 operator. They have no power to compel anyone to do anything. The Sanford PD said it was a suggestion with no legal force of a command.
“Was it murder? No one can say. No witness saw

Actually, there are about six witnesses who all corroborate what they saw happen to Mr. Zimmerman and it lines up with his statements given to police.
“I dont see how this goes anywhere except maybe an action
for conspiracy to deprive him of his civil rights, a federal beef.”
Deprive his civil rights in what way?
“bottom line is that there is no evidence of a crime here,
unless you count Martins attack on Z.”
And if Martin was bashing Zimmerman’s head against the concrete which could have resulted in death do you think that Zimmerman had a right to defend his life with lethal force?
Here’s the thing, where is there evidence that Zimmerman continued to follow Martin?
I believe he was on his way back to his vehicle.
