Crows perch on spindly trees. Barren streets and empty swing sets. An antiquated wall clock. A playground carousel spinning slowly with an eerie screech.
The visuals conjure a horror film or the old TV series, "The Twilight Zone."
But the collection of spine-tingling scenes pervades Rick Santorum's new web video trailer about life under the Obama administration.

In part it was that Nixon was betrayed by his own people. We now know that Deep Throat was the asst. FBI director who knew all the dirt and revealed it to these two hacks. I think we also know that the Wash Post has involved all sorts of illegal activities. But Nixons main problem all along with that the Establishment hated him and refused to let him cover his tracks. The Pentagon Papers episode was telling. Previous presidents had committed worse, but it never got out. The MSM draws its power from the fact that it speaks for the elite in our country, by which I do not mean the top 1% but the top 20%. Want to assign blame: the left-wing capture of academia and the popular culture. On every social and even many economic issue, the top 20% is liberal. They actually believe that if the right person gets in office that the welfare state can be made efficient. Its the old myth of the philosopher king. Never mind that when Plato got to try out his theory in Syracuse(sicily) that it founded on the reef of human nature. Nixon said it best if cryptically: never hand your enemies a sword if you want to survive. He was slain by his own desire to be accepted by his enemies on his terms.
Has anyone seen the commercial put out by Obama and the EPA about clean air? It has kids walking around in full face oxygen masks because they have asthma and “some on the other side” don’t support their policies. I guess the NY Times and CNN see that TAXPAYER Paid for campaign commercial fair.
Maybe we should all start posting pictures of empty homes and shut down store fronts around our communities on pinterest.
That will overload the pinterest servers, no doubt.
OMG. Spoken like true minions of Beelzebub. Cut the wires to their cable.
It was also the popular culture of the day in addition to the Antiwar criteria and rhetorical Marxist, collective ideology. They were already organized for a common cause, so Watergate played right into their alter agenda.
I was that rancid hate the Press had for Nixon, that combined the fatal effort to destroy him.
By the way, you would be much easier on the eyes to read, if you would start formatting more often. (Just a thought)
His real daily photographic journeys through Detroit show what a post apocalypse America would look like. And it's happening today. Obama's America.

“This video is just childish, and has absolutely no class. This is what will backfire on all of us”
Yeah. . .I agree. . .like this commercial did for the democrats in 1964,. . .really backfired on them. . .oh. . .wait. . .never mind.
The Romneybots are squealing about it just as much as Obama Nation.
Karl Rove and GOP-e are becoming unglued over this video, too. It will be fun to watch Team Romney squirm and panic as the rest of the video series is released.
We must not forget that we are fighting democRATS and they use this sort of stuff all the time. In fact, they brag about it.
We need to fight them as they fight us. The high road will not get us far, as we will constantly get pummeled and beaten when we try and fight with one hand and they use a truncheon.
We want a fair fight, they want to win.
I see the ad as nothing more than a cautionary tale as to the threat of The Messiahs continued rule.
There s nothing wrong with expressing what the threat is and the potential impact of that threat on the US.
This ad is by far more accurate in its implications than the famous Daisy ad Johnson used in 1964, and the democRATS even today use that ad as an outstanding example of marketing.

Yes, it does!
Here’a the link (again) to Santorum’s introductory “Obamaville” ad:

I’ve never seen the looney left so crazed. This ad is killing them. I love it. I love it. I love it. It’s about time we learned to hit hard and reach the public with a searing message of truth.
I can see how you could see things that way, and I’m not massively offended or anything, just disappointed.
The looney left is out of control gay rage spitting made. And the Karl Rove GOP-e clowns are spouting their nonsense about this video as “not being helpful.” Too much fun to watch.
When DON'T they use anything and everything against us?.....OMG, a Conservative just took another breath....news at 11.
You and me both. Which is why I think the best strategy for Rick Santorum at this point is to ignore Romney and go after Obama with just as many of these type of ads he can afford. Newt as well. At worst, Mitt would either have to respond in kind or he would see an increasing possibility of a brokered convention with Newt and Rick refusing to engage in an internal GOP cat fight.
At this point, this isn't only be the best strategy, it may be the only strategy.
Wisconsin's primary is going to be a harbinger of what happens in Pennsylvania and the outcome of these two contests will determine if Romney locks it up by June or if we have a brokered convention in Tampa.
