Yes, afraid so. Hispanics ARE white. There are only 3 racial stocks, and they don’t fall under Mongoloid (East Asian, Pacific Islander) or Negroid (African.) Texas driver’s licenses list them as “white.” They are “Caucasoid.”

Spot on. Zimmerman, at this point, would get along better in Afghanistan than he will if he continues to live in the US. That is no longer an option for him. I hope he and those around him realize it. Even if totally exonerated, he wouldn’t last 5 minutes out in the open anywhere in the US except the most remote, rural, deserted area (maybe Centralia, PA).
I keep thinking about all the black on black, black on hispanic, whatever, no matter the color, senseless murders and other crimes in this country. If they want to go there, than let’s do that. They want to highlight the atrocious crimes that go on in this country amongst the minorities, then let’s do that. I don’t understand how they can cause all of this uproar, and they are silent when other tragic crimes occur....remember Jamiel Shaw, good student, promising football player, gunned down in his front yard in Los Angeles a couple of years ago. Can anybody tell me where was the uproar and the Jacksons and the Sharptons?

But really what they are after is the stand your ground self defense laws. They want to prosecute and sue every American who defends themselves or their property with a gun. That is the grand prize of the whole dog and pony show.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but their skin color is their skin color...as for Race, I believe we are all HUMAN.
If this is a capital crime, it can only be charged by Grand Jury from what I see in the procedures...Corey’s appointment by the Gov as a special prosecutor has no standing against that procedure. Of course, he could be arrested at any time but that is outside her perview and must overcome the immunity granted under the stand your ground law.
This is one big mess...when His Excellency decided to bring it to the public’s notice though, I figured it was a done deal, innocent of any charge, as his record of being on the wrong side of any issue in which he interjects race is wrong 100% of the time.
Maybe he and Zimmerman can go out for a beer when this is all done.
Corey by the way has stated she is not going to seek reelection after this term so she should be immune from political fallout.
