Per LA voting rules, any candidate NOT getting at least 20% of the vote does NOT get any Delegates. Newt has been polling at 18%. Looks like Rick and RINO will share the Delegates.

I live in Texas right on the Louisiana line and the weather today was beautiful; sunny and in the high 70s or low 80s. The down-side: I’ve been in politics a long time, and CW says low-turn out, almost always, benefits the Conservative candidate and high turn-out benefits the Moderate or Liberal candidate, because Conservatives are usually more determined to vote than Mods or Libs.

Secondly, that was not the intent of his comments, and he has since said, because people misunderstood what he was saying, that he would vote for Mitt over Obama
