ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

I think he pics are fake, and there is no reason for us to take the bait.
What happened had nothing to do with race or hoodies.
Although I have always believed if you dress like a punk people will perceive you as a punk.
That’s not racism.
Its a circus
anyway, this was an over zealous man with a gun and a young man who doesn't live in the area with a hood over his face....bad situation and both should have known better...
It may turn out you're right after more facts come in, but for right now I don't see how that can be supported. The guy's neighborhood is falling apart around him, several burglaries, thefts, and a shooting in the months preceding this incident.
Some may perceive him to simply be fed up and trying to deter further deterioration and it went bad.
From what I’ve read of Martin’s gf’s report of what she overheard on the phone...
Martin asked Zimmerman why he was following him,
then Zimmerman asked Martin what he was doing here.
This was followed by sounds indicating a scuffle had begun.
“The girl said Trayvon must have been pushed because his headset fell off and the phone call ended.”
We could speculate on which fellow’s disposition might have led him to initiate a conflict at that point.
I wondered why he would have pulled his gun on an unarmed kid.
Now this sheds new light on the picture.
Do you really think it would be good for Zero to be POTUS over pre-election riots and violence in the streets ?
I would think lawlessness would wake the sleeping giant of apathetic voters.
AND There is NO racism!!
I think the implied racism is sick!
Stop posting recent photos! You’re messing up their whole thing they’re trying to do! Man!
From the beginning this was going the way of the Duke lacrosse case. Screw the lack of evidence, full speed ahead to lynch George Zimmerman.
Unfortunately this has gone too far to quell the idiotic masses but should the evidence pan out and CONTINUE to support Zimmerman’s side of the story I hope the grand jury decides to no bill this.
That was my conclusion also, after reading the article, and viewing the video, such as it is.
The key question from a legal point of view is, who initiated the violence? The title seems to promise an answer to that question, but the article fails to deliver. All it says is that Zimmerman was getting pounded, there was a bang, and Martin was dead. But we already knew that.
If a jury finds that Zimmerman initiated the violence, he's toast. On the other hand, if they exchanged insults, and Zimmerman was retreating back to his truck, and Martin pursued him and attacked him, then it's a good shoot. The article does not provide enough information to choose between those two accounts.
If Zimmerman had followed police advice, this never would have happened. So, at the macro level, Zimmerman is still the responsible party. You have an absolute right to go buy Skittles and bring them back to watch the game without being stalked by the neighborhood nazi.
The bottom line is this has nothing to with race.
North Miami Dade is 200+ miles from Sanford, Fl. So he got suspended from high school and then travelled up to Sanford, Fl. ?
You have no justification whatsoever for calling him that. It is irresponsible.
The way I see it is that Trayvon is dead, Zimmerman will get manslaughter and I get blamed.
Hardly seems win win.
They never accept facts. They believe in fairy dust and hope-n-change.
I think he thinks it would be better to divide the nation based on race and have riots as we enter the election season.
