Witness: Martin attacked Zimmerman

ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.

The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

Now I found yet another article this was from March 16th and it has the same witness mary Kutcher but her story is a bit different. No mention of CPR or leaning over a body this whole thing just gets more wierd and suspicious and more embellished. here is an excerpt: "“This was not self-defense,” Cutcher says. “We heard no fighting, no wrestling, no punching. We heard a boy crying. As soon as the shot went off, it stopped, which tells me it was the child crying. If it had been Zimmerman crying, it wouldn’t have stopped. If you’re hurting, you’re hurting.” Cutcher was sitting beside an open window with her friend Selma Mora Lamilla, who says she also heard the cries, and ran outside to see Zimmerman standing over Martin’s body. “I asked him, ‘What’s happening here? What’s going on?’ ” she tells the paper. “The third time, I was indignant, and he said, ‘just call the police.’ Then I saw him with his hands over his head in the universal sign of: ‘Oh man, I messed up.’ ” She continues, “I know what I heard. I heard a cry and a shot. If there was a fight, it did not happen here where the boy was shot. I don’t believe that Zimmerman was let go without a grand jury trial.

And apparently that is what we are told is happening.
Whats also happening is Eric Holder has been invited to rule on Fla “stand your ground law”

And thats plain wrong.
The Feds have no place ruling on state law like “stand your ground law”
IMHO Zimmerman may have crossed the line on that law, but all I have is hear say.
