ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.
The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

So Trayvon was NOT a resident.
In fact from pappys testimony at age 17 he was just visiting.
And based on that I would say perhaps emotionally distant.
Separating kids from parents and staying with the new ho is never a good thing.
Trayvon was just a kid, but he had some serious home issues from what I saw of Pappy and the new gal.
Zimmerman probably had issues as well.
Tragic.
But what is even more tragic is the political and Media blame shifting, trying to pin this on white/black hate.

No, the actual police report lists him as 6’ feet and 160 lbs. Not exactly the raging black NFL football player you don’t want to meet in a dark alley. I’m 6’ feet and 206 lbs, and I consider myself slim.

It's circulating on another thread. Seems to support the 6-2, 200 report.
I have a copy of the police report and it states that Martin was 6’ and 160#
Zimmerman is 5’9”
6’ and 160 lbs
If that’s big, then I’m a fat man at 6’ and 206 lbs.
My guess is he’ll call his cousin Raila Odinga for advice.

I think you are onto something, but people are to dumb to figure out Obamas administration hand picked this incident and are threatening the unrest.
Where was the unrest over the black kids that torched that white kid on his parents porch the other month and declared “You deserve this white boy!!!”?

All are admissible in court but the photos of the hands need to be taken as soon as possible after the event.
Powder residue should be collected at the scene or on impounded clothing ASAP by a forensic technician and a chain of custody set in place to keep them uncontaminated.
Photos of the face should also be taken at the scene.
Gee: I learned all this over 35 years ago in Criminal Investigation Techniques, Parts 1 & 2.

Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.
The witness only wanted to be identified as "John," and didn't not want to be shown on camera.
His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman's claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.
"When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point," John said.
Zimmerman says the shooting was self defense. According to information released on the Sanford city website, Zimmerman said he was going back to his SUV when he was attacked by the teen.
Sanford police say Zimmerman was bloody in his face and head, and the back of his shirt was wet and had grass stains, indicating a struggle took place before the shooting.
Zimmerman is 28. Is that old?

Who called the media's attention to it? And why? The story has been around since Feb. 27.
Another thread has a link to the Fox 35/Orlando website where the Feb 27 report was posted. It cited the witness who is quoted in the article at the head of this thread. So his testimony has been out there from the start -- why is it re-discovered an repeated only now?
And there appears to have been no appreciable local reaction to the story. Only after national media attention has been focussed on the event -- and Rev. Al, Jesse and Louie arrive -- do we get "demonstrations".
There is a much bigger story lurking behind all this: it's the why this story is a story now.

I think about the same thing happened as you do. Zimmerman got his a** in a bind that he himself created and killed a kid. I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes.
