You must not have listened to the 911 tapes where a number of people witnessed the struggle including one who said it was on his porch.
I’ve gone through all the information including the 9-11 tapes. There are 6 witnesses listed in the police report, but no statements regarding details of the physical confrontation.

The police report states that Zimmerman had grass stains on his shirt and Martin was laying face down in the grass.
I didn’t say there wasn’t a struggle. I do assert that Zimmerman started the confrontation, and therefore the charge of Negligent Homicide or Manslaughter should have been pressed as was listed in the original police report.
