CONCORD, N.H. -- A 22-year-old man accused of shooting a Manchester police officer multiple times Wednesday has an extensive criminal background.
According to court paperwork, Myles Webster, of Litchfield, has been charged several times in Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 2008.
In court Thursday, prosecutors said Webster has three open charges in Massachusetts, including assault and battery, and he was on federal probation.
