Again, a completely specious argument.

I only weigh about 197, but I’m 6’ 3” and all muscle. I’m ex-military and a natural fighter. I can whoop folks heavier and older than me. I guess that means if I start beating someone heavier and older, they would have no right to defend themselves with whatever means necessary.

Okay, well, if you're 17, walking at night and in the rain, and your size doesn't keep someone from leaving his car and aggressively pursuing you on foot, then that would make things seem even scarier because you know that the person doesn't consider your size to be a deterrent from whatever he's planning to do. You have evidence that it went down like that? I haven’t heard anything that has characterized an “aggressive pursuit.”

For all we know, Zimmerman left his car and said, “Excuse me - can I help you find something?” and was subsequently attacked by an enraged Martin screaming, “That’s what you get for following me white boy!”
