funny comment, but your correct. My wife and I figure we’ve got less than 12 months to get out of the city before these rules go into effect and the rolling blackouts start and the accompanying breakdown in civil society happens.

I think it's more likely that “energy prices will necessarily skyrocket”, as power companies pass on the fines to customers, and the pols salivate over the new “revenues”.

This article demonstrates they know exactly what they are doing. It is all being done on purpose to create a crisis.
It is stuff like this that needs to get out and be disseminated.
This takes it out of the realm of conspiracy into the real world.
