WH backs away from Obamacare as economic plus
Washington Examiner ^ | 3/19/12 | Joel Gehrke Commentary Staff Writer

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney implicitly retreated from President Obama's argument that Obamacare was a crucial part of his economic agenda.

Asked why President Obama has been silent on the law as its second anniversary approaches, Carney explained that the president is now focusing on the economy rather than health care reform.

"The president does speak about health care on occasion and will continue to do that," Carney told reporters, "but he is focused on a forward agenda right now -- and working with Congress and doing the things he can through executive action -- to grow the economy and create jobs."

When Obama faced criticism for focusing on health care rather than economic policy in the first year of his presidency, the president responded by portraying Obamacare, to some degree, as a jobs bill. "Rising health care costs are a major driver of our long-term deficits, and getting them under control is crucial if we want to grow the economy, create jobs and compete in the world economy," the White House website says. Carney argued that the law is saving money for seniors and keeping young people insured, but he did not connect Obamacare to job creation or economic growth.

Obamacare has a plus, albeit one not immediately seen.

If implemented, CW II will become a sure thing and we can look forward to a new country with lots fewer libs.

How do you reduce a skyrocketing deficit? By spending even more money that you don’t have!
How do you end wars and bring peace to the middle east? By starting even more wars and encouraging more insurrections!
How do you unite America and Americans? By making inflammatory statements while appealing to discrete portions of society and surrounding yourself with vehement race-baiters and Marxist bomb-throwers!
How do you provide health care to all Americans? By making it free! And if ungrateful Americans object to free health care, then shove it down their throats, exempting select groups!
Welcome to the American Wonderland, 2009-2012.

Saving money? That's a horrible lie!

The only way Marxists know how to save money is to control costs by royal edict, which creates two things...

1. An instant, and intractable SHORTAGE. Marxist economies are wall-to-wall shortages, of EVERYTHING, and...

2. An instantaneous reduction in quality. Again, Marxist economies are known for rotten quality, at best.

.

Then, they just lie about either who's to blame, or how good things are (ha!).

.

Yep. With 0-care in force, the Constitution will have been totally trashed and rendered useless for all practical purposes. The mandate precedent will be used to force American to submit to all sorts of punitive laws. The only rational resolution will be armed resistance.

FUBO.

Carney explained that the president is now focusing on the economy rather than health care reform.>>>>>>>>>>>

Translation: Obama has set Health Care as a trap , a sprung engine of destructuion of our free economy, personal freedoms and values. No need to talk about a baited trap set to spring , eh? Longer term, the trap will result in such things as guns being soon defined as a health risk, which can prevent one from being insured. The nefarious so called "Health Care"bill needs to be repealed. The Czars ALL need to be destroyed. Health care is a duty, not a right.Thats the American way.Look after yourself.

We’re in deep trouble.

How can Carney look at himself in the mirror each morning or is he not old enough to shave yet? He replies like a distressed 10 year old.

Mr. Obama can run but he don't hide from his millstone Obamacare...

The one thing I like about Romney is he is willing to go low and dirty against his opposition even the good guys.... I'd like to think he will go as low as Obama dirtbags will go and they will go beyond the pale...
