Bingo...you captured my very thoughts. In the US military, one training fatality brings everything to a halt until a determination is made as to how it occurred and what steps need to be implemented to prevent it from happening again.

Yes,,, but on carriers, accidents can mean a guy cut in half by a prop, but also can mean a destroyed jet engine, or 15 planes in flames on the flight deck. Communsit drone theory won’t allow success on carriers.
