BOSTON, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Today, former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum (R-PA) announced his endorsement of Governor Mitt Romney. Heck, I supported Romney in 2008, over McCain.
And you would have been insane NOT to at the time.
LOL, this is so lame. Santorum wasn’t the only conservative to endorse Romney over McCain last election.
Rick had to have known that Romney's father was constantly against Reagan and even Mitt was very disrespectful to Reagan-then to endorse him knowing this. One thing, I look at the people who remain loyal-That tells one so much about a person's character from where I come from. And I am not referring to the go along, get along types who have made political deals for their own benefit. Look at the friends of Newt; who have stabbed him, just on his accomplishments of record. Newt even remarked about Rush implying that Newt was against free markets, he said that hurt him deeply. Everyone in the media has favorites and mostly they cannot afford to loose their bases or the invitations to dinners and those special clubs in which you will never attend.
Everyone needs to scroll down to the “Send News Tips To Drudge” and let him know what you think of his misleading headline and his pathetic @ss kissing of Romney. I did and feel better already.
Profanity sent.
I really wish that FR would remove the link to Drudge now. This is the lowest of low. Even NEWT supporters should detest this amazing liberalism from Drudge. I have lost all respect for him and left his site month ago.
HOWEVER it should not be BREAKING news here.
Big woop. A lot of FREEPERS supported Romney in 2008. Anything to get rid of that jerk McCain.
Let’s see...Santorum supported Romney who implemented Romneycare, and he also supported Arlen Specter that was the final vote for Obmaneycare.
More like a big whiff.
I just told Drudge exactly what I think about his 24/7 Romney love fest.
I feel better as well

I need a shower after reading that awful stuff, JJ.
I went to the Santorum rally in Dixon, IL today. Very low-key respectful crowd. Even the few Dems that showed up were well behaved.
Funny thing...The Reagan statue and the stage were right outside the Democratic Party office. LOL Classic!
Got my picture taken with Rick and he signed my Santorum sign.
The Duggar family was there too just roaming the crowd. All 19 of them. Very attractive, friendly and seemingly happy and kind bunch. I stood right next to Mr. Duggar when his wife arrived a little late and he said “Oh good, you made it” in a very sweet way to her. All the kids were friendly and interacted with the crowd and with each other in such a way as to display character and class. I was impressed.

EVERYONE should care. Santorum claims it was ObamaCare that inspired him to run. He denies his flirtation with health insurance mandates in both his House and Senate careers, he claims he is "honest with the American people." He attacks Romney for RomneyCare in 2012 but didn't care about it in 2008. He cut an ad telling Pennsylvanians how Specter was "with us on the important votes" and the deciding vote on ObamaCare was cast by Specter.
Santorum is duplicitous.

Agreed. It reminds me of my 11 and 13 year old boys. When the run to me pleading their case, I generally realize that both of them are leaving out personally damaging information and the truth lies somewhere in between their narratives.
First, this is not breaking news by any stretch of the imagination.
Second, it is pure propagandistic in its impact.
FR is better than this.
Shouldn't we recognize what we are up against?
