WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama attended service at a historic church that is steps away from the White House and often frequented by sitting presidents.

Obama was accompanied by his wife, Michelle, and daughter, Sasha, on the cloudy, brisk morning as they walked through Lafayette Square to St. John's Episcopal Church.

Ms. Stacy A. Anderson should do a few things to improve her journalistic writing:

1. Should not write, “attended service at a historic church,” because it should be, “attended service at aN historic church.”

2. Note that the few occasions of church attendance by Mr. Obama (since moving to the White House) take place only during the election cycle.
