If Romney wins the nomination, he’ll take the south. It’s absurd to think otherwise.

Romney will LOSE everywhere. He supports Obama.

FLASHBACK:

The McCain/Palin ticket was up ++4 to 10 pts
in some polls, days prior to Election 2008.
So rather than helping the GOP, Romney and
TeamROMNEY and the RNME (Republican National Media Establishment)
decided …to attack Gov. Palin to throw Election2008.

Romney, and the Van der Sloot RNME RINOs for Obama in 2008

Late in October, The American Spectator's The Prowler revealed:
"Former Mitt Romney presidential campaign staffers…
have been involved in spreading anti-Palin spin to reporters, seeking to diminish her standing after the election.
'Sarah Palin is a lightweight, she won't be the first, not even the third, person people will think of when it comes to 2012,'
says one former Romney aide…
'The only serious candidate ready to challenge to lead the Republican Party is Mitt Romney.
"Some former Romney aides were behind the recent leaks to media, including CNN, that Governor Sarah Palin was a 'diva' and was going off message intentionally."

The Palmetto Scoop reported: "One of the first stories to hit the national airwaves was
the claim of a major internal strife between close McCain aides and the folks handling his running mate Sarah Palin."
"I’m told by very good sources that this was indeed the case and that a rift had developed, but it was between Palin’s people and the staffers brought on from the failed presidential campaign of former Gov. Mitt Romney, not McCain aides."
"The sources said nearly 80 percent of Romney’s former staff was absorbed by McCain and these individuals were responsible for what amounts to a premeditated, last-minute sabotage of Palin."
… aides loyal to Romney inside the McCain campaign, said The Scoop, reportedly saw
that Palin would be a serious contender for the Republican nomination in 2012 or 2016, which made her a threat to another presidential quest by Romney.

"These staffers are now out trying to finish her off ….hoping it would ingratiate themselves with Mitt Romney."

"Who's the Palin Leaker from the McCain Campaign?
National Review Online The publication of a Vanity Fair profile of Sarah Palin
appears to have opened old wounds in the McCain campaign.
... the source of the “Diva” leak was Nicolle Wallace’s husband."

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

More likely it wil begin to unravel Nixon’s southern strategy. Its end game for the GOP, and perhaps for the United States, if the best that two crime syndicates can come up with is Lightworker Hussein and Bishop Willard.

Not necessarily.

Half of us like Caligula, so their votes will go that way. Many of the rest of us don’t think the end result of voting for Romney will be any different than voting for Caligula, so what does it matter?

See my tagline.

No, it's absurd, with Romney's Extremely Progressive Liberal record, and the evilness that is Obama and the current crop of journalists in the MSM, that you and others would ignore the fact that they will use every liberal action/position that Romney has to completely destroy Romney with the base if he is the Nominee.

Romney's record is chock-full of ammunition that the left wing will use to utterly destroy him:

1. Supported Gay Adoption
3. Supported Abortion
4. Implemented a Socialistic HealthCare program (RomneyCare) that had $50 Abortions and an Individual Mandate
5. Believes in Man-Made Global Warming
6. Supported a State-Level Cap-and-Trade system.
7. Supported the Brady-Bill
8. Implemented a State-Level "Assault" Weapons Ban AFTER the Federal AWB was allowed to expire.
9. Supported Amnesty for Illegal ALiens (Pathway to citizenship)
10 Supported TARP.

Factor in his record of lying and character assasination about his competitors (Newt and Rick) during the primaries and his constant changing of position on the issues, and you have enough information for the MSM to massacre Romney.

You do know that there is a large black population in the South, near 40% in one southern state. No matter what happens they will be voting 90%+ Obama. Throw in the rest of the dems and liberal minded in the cities and Mitt Romney will have to spend plenty of time eating grits and fried catfish and may still lose.

After the carpet bombing Axelrod and the super pacs will do telling everyone about Romney’s Massachusetts record of liberal socialist accomplishment, Romney will be lucky if he wins a southern state.

With Romney as the nominee, all I see is the losing end of a landslide, because without the South, the GOP can’t win. Knowing this, you’d think they’d be a bit more mindful of southern sensibilities and there would be less condescending talk from the GOP-E.

Romney is buying this election (he knocked Newt out after SC by spending an incredible $17 mil++ in lying negative ads) and we in the South literally loathe him.

He will NOT carry the South because no one will vote! His triangulation will backfire.

The South (and many patriots) would rather go to the mattresses against Obama than place their faith in Romney to save the country.

He may have money...but he's a gutless mofo!

It might take something like losing the South to make the GOP-E and the lemmings that follow their direction learn they should never nominate a New England liberal again. That might be preferable to some than seeing him be elected and being booted out in 4 years like Bush Sr. was in favor of a new, emboldened secular-socialist majority under the Democrat banner.
