This is interesting. Since I posted this early Saturday morning, we’ve had a lot of comments but they have since trailed off. I guess there is a reason for a Friday night doc dump.
As of this weekend, we have moved the NDRP from acting against emergency 'threats' to this country to acting on the non-emergency 'needs' of this country.
And now that things have slowed down I could not help but think of this scene Directive 10-289
And while places like HotAir etc. attempt to try and fluff this off as a 'standard procedural update;' I will continue to contend the changing of a few words, changed the whole purpose and meaning of the original law to deal threats to the United States.
