Thank you ever so much for your information that I am sure will be useful. I forgot to mention that my left ear suffered a concussion from a mortar blast that left me with some hearing loss and that could very well be a cause of the vestibular problems too. Again your input is much appreciated. Thanks.

About a 100% likelyhood it did. Except for things like infections, plugged tubes etc Vestibular damage like that is usually permenant. V.A. does have a great Audiology Program.
