“If you think I am “over the top,” please consider that Obama/Holder already crossed the mass-murder-for-political-gain Rubicon with “Operation Fast And Furious” and other related “gunwal”king” schemes.”

And so far, nobody has done a thing about it. One FReeper
posted yesterday, that Boehner is leaning on Issa to lay off.
If true, who is Boehner taking orders from?

“If the police need additional weapons for OMGWTFBBQ situations, call on the local militia. It is what we are supposed to be here for...”

Exactly!

“They have more than enough to push over this entire Administration, and they act as if their feet are glued to the floor.

Disgusting.”

They have MORE than enough to take Obama/Holder down. I have never seen a House & Senate so completely euthanized.
The media has been completely silenced by Soros/Obama. So how do we get the truth out, with no help from the Republicans in D.C., and no media?

Nobody is backing Issa in public, so I have to believe...

1)Obama has got something on Boehner

2)Nobody wants to go after Obama, because they are afraid

they might get negative press, and lose their cushy job.

Or, BOTH of the above.

The dead Mexicans were the entire reason for the operation. So please, don't tell me how it's just awful for me to compare SWAT Teams to death squads. That is just the next step on the continuum, if these black-clad Ninja cops are not restrained now. Power unchecked, is power abused.

What steps and preparations could a private citizen legally take to make a "mistaken" SWAT raid more expensive, in the Solzhenitsyn sense?

“Police later in the night did serve a search warrant at a home just doors down from Flores’ house on North Woolsey Avenue, and arrested Anthony Bagsby, 20, and Cocoa Tapli, 16, who face accusations of ATTEMPTED aggravated murder”

Try telling the truth....there was no murder, and this was INSANE overkill by the cops.

“The police appear to be pretty much out of control in many places.”
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Yep, now would someone please tell us where this does NOT appear to be the case.

In the counties where the County Sheriffs are waking up to their Constitutional duties. Like the ones who attended the conference in Nevada recently. If you haven’t watched the videos, you should. They had 2 days closed to the public and one day open, the speeches are from the open to the public day.

Very encouraging.

BTW the latest Ulsterman Interview (Wall Street Insider) for those who are interested, mentions a group in the mil have been looking into Zero seriously...

Here is a statement police released on the incident Wednesday morning:

“On Tuesday March 13, 2012, at approximately 10:00 p.m., an officer-involved shooting occurred in the 9500 block of North Woolsey Avenue. Members of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Negotiation Team (TNT) were assisting Portland Police Bureau Gang Enforcement Team Detectives by serving a search warrant related to a robbery and shooting that occurred on Sunday March 11, 2012.

“Sunday’s shooting occurred at approximately 11:17 p.m., outside a residence in the 9600 block of North Woolsey Avenue. The victim, 20-year-old Jose Monroy, was shot by a black male during an apparent robbery. The shooting was not initially believed to be gang-related but additional information uncovered by investigators led them to believe that the suspects might be gang associates.

“Gang Enforcement Team detectives began immediately investigating the shooting and they developed information resulting in arrest warrants for the two suspects: 20-year-old Anthony Bagsby and 16-year-old Cocoa Taplin. Additionally, the detectives obtained a search warrant for a residence in the 9500 block of North Woolsey Avenue.

“Taplin was taken into custody by officers in the neighborhood near the residence. Bagsby remained inside the residence. Due to the high risk nature of the search warrant, the tactical team was requested to serve the warrant. Due to the Portland Police Bureau’s Special Emergency Reaction Team (SERT) being unavailable due to training, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office TNT responded to assist in the search warrant service.

“As TNT members were on foot approaching the search warrant location, they were confronted by a 31-year-old male suspect armed with a handgun and an exchange of gunfire occurred, resulting in the man suffering a gunshot wound. The suspect emerged from an unrelated address to the search warrant location and at this time it does not appear that he has any connection to the search warrant location. The suspect was transported to an area hospital where he was last reported to be in serious condition.

“TNT members were able to secure the location of the shooting, and then continue to the original location to serve the search warrant. Bagsby was located at the residence and taken into custody. A subsequent search of the residence located a handgun investigators believe was used during Sunday’s robbery and shooting.

“20-year-old Anthony Bagsby was booked into the Multnomah County Jail for Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree and Robbery in the First Degree.

“16-year-old Cocoa Taplin was booked into the Donald E. Long Juvenile Detention Home for Attempted Murder, Assault in the First Degree and Robbery in the First Degree.

“Detectives from the Portland Police Bureau’s Homicide Detail are investigating the circumstances of the officer-involved shooting.

No additional details on the officer-involved shooting can be released at this time.”

OK, was it Barzini or Hyman Roth who tried to assassinate the Corlenoes, or maybe it was both.

Oops! that is Corleone not Corlenoe. I thought it was Tatallia who tried to get Vito and Hyman Roth who went after Michael.

Intruders were not only on his property, one of them *entered his home*.

Unacceptable in a free country.

NO excuse for this.

Read post 84, then your post 150, where you use the word “murder” several times. This was botched from the word go, and WAY out of line for the cops to go through a neighbors house. There was no reason to do that.

“Either:
1) you understand the point that I’m making and are intentionally using sophistry for whatever purpose you might have.

OR

2) you don’t understand the point I’m making, and you accidently used fallacy to make”

Might I suggest a third option?:

3) the other poster is neither employing sophistry nor falacious, but rather you are muddle-headed and a bad arguer and don’t want to continue because you’re losing.

This is worth a repost..

“To: Travis McGee
How easy and inexpensive would it be with an unmarked car/van conducting surveillance on the suspect location, until he walks out to leave. He’s away from the home, outside the door, with no access to anything inside, and simple put him under arrest, then search the home if a legitimate warrant has been secured.
No innocent neighbors shot to death or close to it, no stray rounds into the neighbors homes, no citizens hitting the floor from armed commando swat teams opening up in the neighborhood, no command posts, no tanks or armored vehicles, flash bangs, etc.

“This is where ‘urban’ becomes a problem. You can’t surround a dangerous felon without some trespass going on”

Then you can’t surround a dangerous felon, because there needs be more of a justification for tresspass than “the criminal might flee that way if we ambush him as planned.” I am so terribly sick of people’s rights being subject to the cops’ convenience.

“They were serving a warrant on someone for aggravated murder”

Attempted murder.

“It is unfortunate the man was shot, but the SWAT and police were looking for someone who had committed murder and would be armed and dangerous.”

Nope on the murder and maybe on the armed and dangerous. But since when do cops have to set off the trap to get around it? Direct assualt with overwhelming force is not the only answer. They could try doing some actual cop work instead of the automatic siege default.
