Why would Newt get out? Your sainted senator apparently can "win" with a three-way race and it looks like Romney will be third.
The object should be to keep Romney from reaching the magic number. It's too late for one of the alternatives to win outright.
2012 is lost, even if the GOP wins in Nov.
