Thank God for our veterans protesting this hideous POS. This is what the United States' flag will look like after Puerto Rico is declared the 51st state.. 0bama's just itchin' to CHANGE it and Puerto Rico may be the excuse he needs! How surprising that the 0bama flag wasn't placed ABOVE our great flag.

I have seen flags with motorcycles on them and other flags sold with thing pinted on them. It is against the law,and it is definitely against the Flag Code.
However:The United States Flag Code establishes advisory rules for display and care of the flag of the United States. It is Chapter 1 of Title 4 of the United States Code (4 U.S.C. § 1 et seq). This is a U.S. federal law, but there is no penalty for failure to comply with it and it is not widely enforced—indeed, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that punitive enforcement would conflict with the First Amendment right to freedom of speech.
The proper ruling her is:The flag should never have placed on it, or attached to it, any mark, insignia, letter, word, number, figure, or drawing of any kind.
