I don't have one, although I've looked at them. Since they will hold either .410 or .45 Colt, I guess you could alternate rounds, with the .410 first.
For carry, I personally prefer my .45 (single barrel). I figure if the target needs more than one hole, I'll just pull the trigger a few times.

Sure — but what .410 load?
If you’re going with a coarse shot load (I prefer #4 for around the place), the perp better be close, literally in your face, or the shot will spread to where it’s useless.
Anything finer than #4 may be OK for smallish reptiles, but utterly useless for 2-legged snakes.
And if you’re going to load .410 buckshot, you might as well just have a .45LC in that slot instead. Significantly more punch and not THAT many fewer projectiles. :-)
When it’s laying around, I keep my Judge loaded with .45LC hollowpoint as a backup “defense” weapon. When I take it out around the place, #4 shot.
Like I said, I find it a lot of fun to shoot (if a bit spendy — priced .45LC lately?) but if you want a serious personal defense weapon I’d look elsewhere. Just my 2c
