Very good point. That's why the author of this article is a complete hypocrite -- and a flaming @sshole to boot. Who the hell is he to cast any judgement on what this soldier did, if "his view" is exactly as you've documented it?

For that matter, who the hell is anyone in the U.S. government -- which has pissed away hundreds of billions of dollars and many thousands of lives over the last 10+ years in these stupid nation-building campaigns -- to tell this guy (or anyone else) that it was somehow "wrong" to kill 16 people in their homes at night?
