Cspan lists this as an hour. If Santorum is still on what time is Newt going to get? His 15 minutes?

I’m listening to him too - he really seemed “off” for much of the speech, then preachy. Now that he’s on foreign policy (Iran) he’s more sure-footed. I wonder how he knows Iran has enough fissile material to make 6 bombs?

He is making me very nervous. It is difficult to listen to him. He is just not mature enough for the presidency ..I guess Newt must be thinking, he is talking like me :)>

I`m calling him `run out the clock Rick` from now on.

That's a "big weight" off my shoulders (I somehow knew your name wasn't a reference to Chris)...
But my eyes...my eyes!!! (Well my mind's eyes, anyway.);-)
Keep up the good work!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t Santorum HIMSELF a lobbyist?
To: trappedincanuckistan
Newt can make twice as many points in half the time - no worries.

Not surprising he’s spinning his own history.......let me tell ya he has the mindset of the town he was raised in....and they aren’t nothing to quake about.
He’s going to end up spinning his lines so much that he’ll soon be called a liar if he keeps this up.

I respect the guy, always have - but that was an evasion worthy of Obama himself.

Im wonderful and I won against all odds and I bucked the system, always.”
He’s right. He “bucked the system” with 51 bills of more spending - 54 billion bucks more. He “bucked the system” of 3.5 billion bucks of pork to build parking lots and nice homes for white bears ... LOL

He's like a really bad imitation of Jimmy Stewart.
Santorum had a sweaty forehead too.
Good last question - why are you most conservative, and why can you win?

My dear husband is swearing at the TV. He wants this guy off the screen and out of the building.
He said, “bring on the adult!”
UGH. Here’s this moderator asking another question: the Buckley rule..
He’d better ask Newt the same question!

Santorum just rubs me wrong. Don't know what it is. He's not authentic...and those of us who know him can attest to that....and very much full of himself....what he projects isn't what he is.
