Obviously, the writer is unaware that some Muslims think that one can be both a Muslim and a Christian. An attitude held in Turkey once. Not so much anymore. If one were to pin Obama down, I doubt that he would affirm that Jesus was the son of God or that he died on the cross for our sins.
