On Greta last night, Newt talked about going all the way to Tampa, so the conservatives in the race could “short” Romney on the delegates, and steal it from him. There was a really good discussion on another thread last night, too, that this was the only chance... an alliance between at least rick and newt, and maybe paul, but I don’t see paul doing anything but going with romney. I’m not even sure Santorum will withstand Romney, whatever he tempts him with. That seems to be the strategy.

Newt is always 10 mil miles ahead of everybody else. I think this is his strategy, which means his supporters are just going to have to shut out the noise, and not get discouraged if he doesn’t do well in MS and AL, as the media and everybody will start the clamor for him to get out.
