According to a recent article The CT DEEP confirms that the strontium-90 could not have come from Millstone and no other radioactive animal, humans or pets have been found near Millstone.

Well, I could guess how the goat was exposed to it:

I’d say some leftie activists fed this goat laced animal feed for years in order to gin up some ammo for their pet cause. Everyone involved needs to be investigated for animal abuse and fraud.
