A new poll has been released Thursday showing how Alabamians may vote in next week's GOP Primary.
The Capital Survey Research Center did a survey of 592 likely voters in Alabama from march 5-7, 2012.
Among the results, 29.9% of voters would pick Mitt Romney, 24.7% of voters pick Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum gets 20.1%, and Ron Paul has 5.6% of those polled, with 19.8% of those polled don't know or had no reply.
Yeah, I thought so.
I believe that all the negative and lying ads against Newt are at a point of ‘diminishing returns’, and at this point, the best candidate for the job will stand out among the rest and that candidate is Newt Gingrich.
I hope so - Santorum the big government conservative is just splitting the vote and handing it to Mitt - just like an establishment guy ALWAYS does.
Facts don’t matter. We should ignore the fact that Santorum has won far more primaries than Newt.
BTW, how can Alabamans be so obtuse? Romney should be in the single digits.
slow motion train wrecking with Mitt Rockefeller. I promise you this socialist will NOT beat obama . Millions will punish the party again like they did with McAmnesty.
True enough, but what is wrong with Alabama?
If It ends up being Romney - Santorum - Gingrich - Paul again, I am going to be pissed. Alabama of all places should not be picking Romney as their savior. Alabama must be turning RINO too. I agree with your post.
Compared to the prior poll, which is dated Feb. 9, Mitt and Newt are both up 3 points, while Rick is down 2 and the Ronulan is minus 1.
One has to feel sorry for voters, for months they have been brainwashed that Romney is the only candidate that can beat Obama. The irony is that these people claim they despise the MSM, yet they hang on every word written or spoken, and fall right in line.
Oh, wait. Santorum is down 3, not down 2 compared to the Feb. 9 poll.
It shows the figures of the poll just released, next to a last bama poll of about a week ago. Both Santorum & Romney are static (or down a tad), but Newt is rising.
Same exact thing was said in Tennessee and Oklahoma. I mean I hope Newt or Santorum wins but to have the same script read every day until Tuesday is a bit crazy.
Red, red, red—— thanks for the ping, but alas, I posted this poll at NOON today. Geez, you’re getting to be just like Rick and Mitt— always copying what visionary Newt has to say.
LOL,— never give up, my friend. It’s not over, unless and until Newt says it’s over.
Once again, napscoordinator, you’re truth challenged, and cannot read.
Romney has not won a single primary in a Southern state. The Southern states were won by Gingrich (South Carolina, Georgia) or Santorum (Oklahoma, Tennessee.) So if you really do hope Santorum or Gingrich wins a Southern state, you’ll likely get your wish.
I’m not reading from a script; I’m dealing in facts. And you’re indulging in stupidity.
Newt has a new video ,”Senator Santorum In His Own Words”

Im not reading from a script; Im dealing in facts. And youre indulging in stupidity.
Your the dumb one. That was not even directed to you. I could care less what you do. Go vote for Obama like you want to.
Twice is better than once. More Santos get to see it. LoL. We all can't be great visionaries. ;^)
No worries- enjoy my new thread just posted— you can post it again tomorrow. -:)
Red’s repost is just a reminder.

You have trouble with cogitation. Nothing going on in the cerebral cortex. Flat-liner. Inert.
That is not true. You are such a jerk. You have not said one thing that has been useful. Don’t EVER discuss a thing with me the rest of your life.
Newt has the money to run ads. I think he already has a rommney look alike ad again’st Santorum running today. Rick has got to go.
