We all know that Rush Limbaugh is considered the Spokesperson for the Conservative movement. And we know now, that it was a mistake to use the choice of words he used re: Ms. Fluke being the "s" word. But, enough is enough. The DemocRATS are making political hay off of this big-time. Obozo's approval rating among women now is like 57 percent. So, what can we do to stop this steam roller and take the steam out of the Dems steam roller. Well.....
Look, Rush is very wealthy. He could afford to have someone look into Ms. Fluke's life from the cradle to present day. Find everything they can to prove that the word he called her is correct and discredit her. Hey, I guarantee you that the Dems would do this if the shoe was on the other foot.
Come on Rush; fight back. This thing is killing us. Beat the 'Rats at their own game. Play hardball the way they do.
Stop being so sensitive.
You criticized Limbaugh, then state you don’t listen much.
I said he knew what he was doing, it was a non apology.
Have a good day at work - bye
Amen and amen. The ‘high road’ is what made us so successful in Southeast Asia and most recently in the Middle Ease. I’m certain our attachment to the ‘high road’ is what gives Israel such pause when we ‘have their back’.
100% correct. This is an unforced error by Rush, and the only thing that can be done is to follow the "hole" principle: When you're in a hole, first stop digging. I think the progs are in the process of overplaying their hand, so we need to just get out of the way.
Americans hate it when they perceive unfair play, and the slut took the ball into her own court when she refused to accept the apology.
The first thing—we need to know EVERYTHING about this fluking Fluke, and how she got such a square jaw and husky neck. Is she a man, or trying to turn into a man at our expense?
Rush is NOT the spokesmen for Republicans. You’ve set up an argument for an attorney to sue Llimbaugh... did you know that this is the ‘take’ liberals are trying to push?
It’s OK....presently I’m on a personal crusade in my hometown fighting the PTB....my victories are small, but satisfying...using their own system against them.
*Revenge* is sweet, I understand. I’m spurred on by A. Breitbart...asking myself a thousand times a day WWABD?
Our forefathers would be shooting by now.
Dig in. Dig deep. Meet them on the field of battle, knowing the *field* isn’t level.
Fight back? I think we already have. Fluke has been outed as a radical leftist and not just some concerned college student she claimed to be. The Democrats want to keep this in the news so no one is talking about the unemployed, gas prices, the whole middle east mess, green payoffs, Obamacare cost overruns, they prefer to keep on message of the Republican war on Women. The Dems are in trouble and they know it. To fight back we need to keep on message. Obama is bad for the country and that means everyone, not just women and minorities.
The second reason he apologized is she might - might - not be a public person. I don't believe that - but it could be argued in a court of law - and we know how liberal judges and the Democrat-Media Complex work hand in glove...
If she had been a private citizen subpoenaed to testify - she would basically still be a private person - or semi-private but that wasn't the case. She was picked to speak as part of a PR stunt. This was NOT a true hearing. As such 'she held herself out to the public' to be judged or not - and that makes her a public person. Rush would NOT go after a private person - and either would bloggers. If she's a private citizen - we all need to apologize if we crossed the line.
To me, she went public voluntarily - held herself out for review - and was reviewed. If that's not the case, we need to be very careful - because she'll sue Rush and all of us while she's at it. And she'll have cranks come on our sites and set us up to say things that will be used against us.
These are NOT nice people - they're after money, power, and the joy of destroying the free speech of everyday citizens.
ABC pushes this idea - so do most liberals. But I've never heard it from a conservative and I've been hanging with conservatives for many years. Can you give me some links - some examples. See if you can find one WHEN it's NOT dropped from the mouth of a liberal liar.
Why do I feel this thread is going to quit being bumped?
Americans hate it when they perceive unfair play, and the slut took the ball into her own court when she refused to accept the apology.
I agree. Plus, the libs are looking like hypocrites with their defense of Bill Maher, Ed Schulz, Dave Letterman, Keith Olberman, and the rest who have had very nastily worded things to say about conservative women. We don't need to go on the attack.
It is likely that if she had relations with minors, they would be female begging the question “Why would she need contraception?”
Shut the Fluke up and get the Fluke out.
Somewhere between the high and low roads is the Smart road.
Learn your Sun Tzu - the best way to defeat an enemy is without fighting that enemy.
One of those ways is to “attack through an ally” - that is how Rush is being attacked.
The Left has allies too.
Knowledge really is power - learn how to research, and share what you learn with your group. The quickest way to the Stupid road is any kind of violence or illegal activity.
Research - compile - compare.
- and avoid Idiots.
I once had a female colleague (who was much thinner and prettier than Fluke) who was a Georgetown alum, who nonetheless still had that same awful haircut.
What is that anyway, the Georgetown Bob?
One thing I have learned over the years is the speed of a news cycle is incredibly fast. By election time, people will not even remember who Fluke is, unless we keep reminding them. The goal should be to make as many people vote based on the economy as possible.
