I saw that Rush. Disgusting.
WHYN 560 AM is back on the air with Rush’s show. Wow, that was a l-o-n-g period of dead air...
I’ll bet you’re right and I’ll bet investors know it because look at the stock today.

I’m hoping MOZY.com will sign up with Rush!
In your face Carbonite.
Even before Carbonite bailed on Rush, they were on shaky ground.
From Carbonite’s most recent quarterly filing with the SEC:
“We experienced net losses of $17.4 million for 2008, $19.2 million for 2009, $25.8 million for 2010, and $17.4 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2011, respectively, and have an accumulated deficit of $94.3 million as of September 30, 2011.”
Doing the math, that’s $156.7 million down the drain!
It is up today, but that is a mistake. Rush may forgive them. I won’t.
Thanks for posting. HOORAY Rush! Thanks for explaining the state of business affairs. Carry on.
Correction: it was up in the last few minutes.
bottom of the hour news has Santorum’s folk barkin at Newt to bambusco the campaign.......hey Ricky..how many fingers am I holdin up
I love how all the Chickies dress up in dresses and cowboys boots to go to the game but I don’t know who Mr Penny is :o(...
The left tried boycotting some Orange Juice growers on Rushs show years ago. Listeners responded by sending sales through the roof. As Rush says the Left did not make him, so they cannot break him. ( Rush can only hurt himself , such as apologizing for telling the truth , for example. )
I think you mean, “Don’t Fluke with Rush.” Can I say that and not be considered a hate monger?
By letting them back though, if they continue to prosper while other former advertisers wither and disappear, it would be a much more powerful message.
“Seriously, an advertiser will go where the money/audience is.”
One of the interesting things to me, through all of this broo ha ha, was to find out the strong connections some of Rush’s advertisers have with liberal causes. They want to advertise on Rush’s show because they know that’s who people are listening to. No one listens to liberal talk radio. Now that I know about their liberal leanings I will boycott them for that, even if they do come back. But I hope Rush tells them to take a hike.
Could be just a mkt correction. Any official word on CARB?
Ok, thanks. For some reason it wouldn’t link when I was trying to post it on this thread.
I agree! Eff ‘em.
___________
Think you mean, “Fluke ‘em.” Can I say that?
I used to wear dresses to the games, but now something nice with jeans is appropriate. I do like to dress up. It makes the occasion more special.
Mr. Penny is a local figure and very well liked. He is known by many as the man who does push-ups when our football team scores. He has been in the news lately and I would have given you an update. It isn’t really important if you don’t already know him.
For three years the demands to abandon modern talk radio represented by "Fort Sumter" has been building and now the shelling has commenced. . . .
Pray that the military and LEO (the professionals) step up to handle it but whatever.. let's just get it over with.
I have had the following corospondence with Vitacost one of the sponsors that pulled from Rush.

Thank you for your response. Just so you know I was highly offended that Ms Fluke was insisting that I pay for her abortions, contraceptions and whatever just so she and her associates may wallow in guilt free, consequence free promiscious sex. By your response and the actions of Vitacost I assume you support these notions as good behavior , good policy and good for society. I however do not. I have no interest in controlling what people do with their bodies and they should equally loose their interest in my wallet.
Your high horse is not so high in my opinion.

Dear -————
Thank you for contacting Vitacost.com. I want to apologize for any and all inconvenience(s). Wed like to address an issue with our radio ads— one of which aired on the Rush Limbaugh radio show. To put it frankly, Mr. Limbaugh’s recent comments have been unsettling, and many of our fans have voiced concern that Vitacost endorses these views. These comments are definitely not in line with our brand values, and in listening to our fans we’ve decided to remove our advertising from the program. Here at Vitacost.com, our goal is to take the cost out of healthy living by offering thousands of healthy products at affordable prices. To promote
this mission, we launched a national radio advertising campaign in January that airs on many different programs, including the Rush Limbaugh show. As a result of the derogatory comments Mr. Limbaugh made on his program, we decided to remove our advertising. We appreciate and support Mr.
Limbaughs right to voice his opinion, just not how he delivered his message. Our decision was in no way a statement about Mr. Limbaughs or his listeners political views, but rather his lack of respect for another human being. Vitacost.com takes healthy living very seriously, and we believe that respect for others is a huge part of that healthy lifestyle. Again, I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.
If you need further assistance in this matter, please dont
hesitate to ask. Thank you for choosing Vitacost.com for all of your
vitamin and supplementary needs.
