No Duh! Didn’t need to see exit polling to call that one. It was a forgone conclusion Newt would take his home state.

Gingrich wins Georgia Republican primary, Fox News projects
DEVELOPING ...
Newt Gingrich is the winner of the Georgia Republican presidential primary, Fox News projects, notching his first victory since the South Carolina contest in January.
Gingrich is expected to win by a wide margin in the state, leaving Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum to battle for second place. Based on exit polling, Ron Paul is projected to finish last in Georgia.

Why not? Rick Santorum wins a straw poll in his backyard and we’re supposed to believe it’s a ticket to the nomination.
Why wouldn’t winning the biggest primary state with the most delegate be a boost going forward, especially when Newt has proven to be the Southern favorite?

NEWTIE can win EVERY Southern State, which will assure Romney-the-RINO wins the Nomination.
Or is THAT what his goal is all along?
