It’s a difficult skill to pick up on your own. Boob jobs are certainly an option, though.
Interesting point. There is lots of money in brain surgery and like abortion it takes great skill (great skill not to perferate the Uterus that is) but at least brain surgery is not murder and has a higher purpose.
Boobs and botox however are in demand as well and have to be easy money. For that matter if she really wants to extract things go into liposuction. With the way Americans are fat she’d make millions.
