Stupid stunt. The district should learn a lesson. Every teacher in the district should heed the warning.

Seems like a ticky-tack reason for someone to lose their career, though. She took the kid’s lunch ... she didn’t molest the kid.

If there is a policy to monitor the homemade lunches then she shouldn’t even get the lion’s share of the blame. Whoever started that policy should be the one put to public shame. And the opposition to this shouldn’t rest until that policy is overturned.

True, she didn’t sexually molest the student, but she did deliberately interfere with the parental authority to determine the child’s lunch.

As for firing education industry personnel, I’m all for it. Only ‘professional educators’ are allowed to not produce (students are all too often functional illiterates) and retain their jobs.

Since most are commies, fire ‘em all. Mark will know his own.

She performed an illegal search.

The Constitution guarantees freedom from search and seizure.

The law is invalid unless each search is conducted with a warrant based on probable cause
