I miss Glenn Beck's show on FNC. There were some episodes where he would play clips of Dems contradicting themselves in a double window with him and he would make the funniest gestures and faces and comments while they talked and it really was hilarious. Or he would show graphs of money supply over the past 100+ years, or house prices adjusted for inflation showing what a mess the government is making.
And Beck then was boycotted and got booted from FNC largely for comments he made about Obama. I only watch a few on FNC now, Cavuto, Brett Baur and sometimes Megyn Kelly,
Beck in many of these TV episodes reminded me of Rush's TV show which started 19+ years ago, in my view it was a classic even though there was little market for it on syndicated broadcast TV at the time. His TV was much different than his radio show, he kept it moving with constant political comedy and ridicule of Democrats, No BS
I remember the show. Funny!
I really liked Beck in the beginning.
I had started listening to him on the radio after September 11th. He had a sense of humor, he knew his limitations and his ego was in check. I did learn from him for years and I miss who I remember that he was.
We went to his “Rally for America” event in Atlanta in 2003. It was good.
By the time of his “Restoring Honor” rally I was growing a little concerned, though. I didn’t follow him to GBTV because I think he has been marginalized and his radio program is insufferable, now. I refuse to listen to it.
I don’t recognize him anymore.
too bad, when one of us *apologizes*, it rarely if ever *fixes* anything, on the contrary, it usually is a signal to muzzcomms of weakness, and emboldens the pack to go for blood...
