Kolumbia has many flaws, but they still have a few CFA. In the mall, and a stand-alone a mile from me (best ratings). Also a stand-alone off 175, a few miles from the mall.
I don’t know about closer to Ft. Meade; you’ll have to Google!
Columbia and environs are very nice, and very convenient to Ft Meade. Howard County isn’t as whacko as Montgomery County....
