I’ll be glad with Carbonite being gone.
Why store your info where anyone can have access to? Any company can pull a g00gle with privacy.

What’s wrong with backing up to an external hard drive?

Maybe Rush should focus on educational advertisers instead of “comfort” type ones.

Seriously, why buy a mattress unless you intend to sleep through Rush’s program.

I looked at Carbonite, and then bought a cheap external hard drive. I back up data files 1/month. If I lose whatever music or pictures I added in the last 20 days, for example...oh well.

At $90 for a 1,000 Gigabyte hard drive (http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Elements-External-WDBAAU0010HBK-NESN/dp/B002QEBMB4/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1330879454&sr=8-3), I see no reason to pay Carbonite to keep files for me.
