Hold on there.
I doubt Rush is gonna advertise a product that is dishonest or crappy.
I bought a Sleep Number bed the week after my 2nd wife got her stuff out of my house - in 2005 - and I still think its the best. Heard about them first on Rush.
Can’t speak to Quicken or Carbonite and never heard of Sleep Train but I’ve a funny feeling it’s gonna be their loss and some other sponsor’s gain.
I’m a big advocate of boycotting companies with PC philosophies that annoy me - GE, HomeDepot, GM, anything union - and I happily email them with my reasons. But it’s irrational to trash their products if they perform as advertised. And it’s misguided to trash a good product that gets sold or serviced by an internal company idiot.
Yup - I emailed Sleep Train - told them they screwed up. But ironically, they’re making their own PC bed and the market will make them sleep in it.
I'm glad you had a good experience with it, Bossmechanic. We ended up donating ours. We found it deflated frequently, the distribution of air was unequal, and in the cases where it deflated over the course of one night, we'd wake up with terrible back pain. It couldn't take the same kind of punishment a normal spring bed could handle. We were outside of the warranty period by then, so no use complaining. We donated the bed in the end.
It was a terrible experience.
