That’s a lot of bases. I wish they were allowed to defend our sovereignty.

Is it not amazing — “deadly force” authorized against U.S. Citizens approaching a military installation. However, it is cruel and racist to authorize “deadly force” against illegals entering the U.S. Something is wrong here.

It could be construed as commencing a de facto ceding of American territory to Mexican control. We may yet live to see actual legal transfer of American territory to Mexico.

Let us defend the border like we were taught to set up defensive lines in the military during the “Cold War” along the border. Border Problem will be solved in short order.

I do not mean to insult Arizonians, but considering the following clauses in our Constitution, I honestly do not understand why our border states have not taken more positive action.

Article I Section 8, To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;

From Article I Section 10, No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, . . . engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Article IV Section 4, The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

It just seems to me ya'll could force a showdown with our Black Panther President.

We started out peacefully with SB1070 and all it has gotten us was lawsuits by the ACLU, SPLC, MALDEF, & LaRaza backed by Sec Holder and the DOJ.

Yes, I am generally aware of the various laws passed that were immediately stayed by the d@amn federal courts.

What I'm referring to is/are resolutions from your legislature, signed or unsigned by Governor Brewer that specifically invoke the federal government to do its duty, to protect you from invasion.

There is no shortage of material, from our Declaration onward, that states in various words that the first duty of government is to protect the people.

Governor Brewer signed a bill to establish a state militia distinct from the National Guard - which can be federalized - and this militia is being organized.

The plan is in fact to use it for border patrol duty.

Arizona hasn't even begun to fight. The dust is just now settling on the enabling legislation. There is no doubt that the Reconquistadors are frantic to stop Brewer and are fresh from their political assassination of Russ Pearce, so they think they have momentum, but that was a blip on the road to re-assertion of American sovereignty in Arizona.

The fact is, they are conducting a war against the U.S., a low intensity war but a war nonetheless, and with or without the criminally-led federal government the Americans of Arizona are willing to fight that war.

Jan Brewer for President. Russ Pearce for Governor.

Randy Parraz for a treason trial followed by deportation.
