I’ve had mine for probably 10-15 years and now it’s starting to lose air, and the cushion in the middle has broken down. the motor that adjusts the bed no longer works. None of this stuff will be covered fully with their 20 year warranty, so, while I liked the bed while it lasted, when it comes time to replace it - thanks to the political stance they have taken - I will shop elsewhere.
I have a Simmons Beautyrest Renaissance II set that I have had for almost ten years. Wall to wall luxury. Simply a wonderful set.
