Good point. My son was born in the United Kingdom of American Parents. I registered him as a dual national UK and USA. I thought it might be of use to him years later as it would allow him to work anywhere in the EEC and of course the USA. Because of his UK citizenship he can hold any elected office in the United States except President or Vice President.
I suspect Obama was or is a dual national. Either by place of birth or choice of his mother doing exactly what I did for my son.
He may have been born in Hawaii but his mother may have obtained Obama a dual nationality via his Kenyan father or his Indonesian Step Father. If he was a dual national and did not renounce the other nationality upon reaching legal adulthood, he is is 100% ineligible to legally be president of the United States.
Every candidate up until these last two election cycles, with one exception who did not get caught until out of office, qualified for the office. Now we have Romney, Santorum, McCain, Obama and two VP possibles Jindal and Rubio all of whom fail to qualify because the are not Natural Born Citizens. Do you think this a coincidence?

Which makes me reflect about the times when I was reading Shirer on the 1930's and all the people who could have done something about Hitler back then, before they couldn't any more. The German army officers stood around looking at each other, or at Hindenburg, and Hindenburg was looking at them and the industrialists, and the latter were looking back at the army to do something about this guy ..... all standing around waiting on an indictment, or articles of some kind in the legislature, or a guy with a rifle. Nothing happened, and the country wound up being destroyed like few things have ever been destroyed.
Oh, and Godwin doesn't apply here -- we are talking historical analogy, descent from Republic into dictatorship.
That's why Sheriff Arpaio is the perfect guy to put it forward. He has name recognition, he has protection from the Arizona electorate, public, and state government who know him and know what he's worth (he has cred statewide), and the wider public know who he is because of his kind of policing and because of the stink the LSM have made trying to help Raul Grijalva and other traitors chase Arpaio out of office.
So if Arpaio steps up, he serves as a low-cost (to conservative big-time commentariat aforementioned) sacrificial anode, an ablative shield against both LSM wrath and evil and also against 'Rat Machine deadfall traps and punji stakes that Obama and his Persons of Hench have carefully arranged around his sensitive liabilities (his essential fraudulence, IOW).
Obama engaged in some early baiting of Limbaugh three years ago with this subject. Rush sensed the traps' presence and stayed away, and FReepers commented on that at the time, and Michael Medved commented on it on his show, while explaining why he was literally screaming at people who called in and tried to bring up the BC issue on his own show.
It may well become the biggest scandal ever; when the truth comes out. Then there will be a rush to say they thought something wasn’t quite right.
It will make the Credit Mobilier, Teapot Dome, the XYZ Affair, and even Watergate all look like schoolyard hijinks by comparison.
The only scandals that could possibly overshadow it are Bill Clinton's treason and rapery, and the TARP robbery by threat committed by the Fed and Treasury pro bono their coconspirator bankers.
Even the Shirley Sherrod caper and the Dodd-Frank Mortgage-Fraud Scheme will not stink as harshly in the People's nostrils as Obama's and Clinton's sliming of the Presidency.
That's why people don't want to believe this stuff and tend to distrust and turn on persons and groups that try to wise them up to the defalcations of previously-trusted and well-liked officials. That's "transference". Accuse Mrs. McGillicuddy, the sweet church organist, of gossip and calumny, and people will judge the accuser, baselessly and in the face of evidence, of calumny himself.
It has been emphasized to me that if The Kenyan was indeed Barry's baby-daddy, then Barry was always ineligible. My own take is different, to-wit, that if The Kenyan had another, tribal wife already whom he did not put away before getting over Stanley Ann Dunham, then therefore his pretended marriage was bigamous and null, under U.S. law, which under the law as it existed at that time made Barry Dunham a single-parent, fatherless person, but still a natural-born citizen by reason of his mother's uncontested U.S. citizenship.
Which still leaves open the question of dual U.S./Indonesian citizenship, or the possibility that he did not "renaturalize" on returning from Jakarta -- which would make him an Indonesian national -- or did not surrender his Indonesian passport, which would appear to cloud, and possibly invalidate, his eligibility for the Presidency.
He could actually, possibly, be an Indonesian citizen and illegal alien.
Most of us can "focus" on multiple issues. Joe also pointed out the deliberate shroud of secrecy surrounding Obama - even trained/funded investigators can't cut through the smoke and mirrors. It doesn't replace the other issues with the Commie in Chief - it just adds another possible avenue to explore and leverage, especially is more is discovered - can't wait to see what the college videos show us...

When the investigators have a financial incentive to ensure a particular outcome, do you think for a second that this will be considered by any legal authority to be a fair and impartial investigation?
Zullo and Corsi just poisoned the well and left Joe hanging.

Do you also think these men created the volumes of inconsistency in Obama’s “story” just to sell books? Do you think they were responsible for the lies and cover-ups committed on Obama’s behalf, just to sell books? Do you think that all the research and information that these men have collected and presented just falls in your lap and comes for free?
I will grant you that many people have contributed information to this investigation beyond these two, but at some point you have to pay the bills. And should not someone’s hard work be accounted for? Are you like one of the liberal media that claim profit is evil?

Here's the deal. IF we are talking about the originally posted document. It has been altered. It is different than the version handed out by the WH at the presser at the same time. We know this because the (iirc) AP posted a high res copy online.
What decisively proves the WH version was altered is the duplicate characters. There are numerous duplications on a document of comparatively low character count. The odds of which happening are so astronomically high, only the most topically ignorant bias apologist, would attempt to counter with explanation.
This does not prove it's forged. It may in fact be a manipulated authentic document.
For the record, I dove into this head first. I read every blog that got posted here and every thread, because I have been in the printing industry for the past 30 years and know much about processing "camera ready" art. Which means I've spent millions of hours looking at type and glyphs through a loop, or on a HD screen. So far I haven't found any of the OCR/Acrobat/PDF processing anomaly explanations compelling.
Now excuse me, I must get back to my crack pipe.

Preferably another second totally independent “Sheriff” (sanctioning law enforcement body)with findings. Followed by 2-3-4-5- etc., For it is in the power of 2, then 3, then 4....
There are two sides to that coin, and you have ignored one side. Most everyone has an axe to grind, even prosecutors, which is or should be truth Justice and the American way. It's obvious to me who's axe you are trying unsucessfully to grind.
