Mitt would nominate judges who are just as bad. In fact, he might nominate WORSE justices because he’d have a much easier time getting them approved by the Republicans in the Senate.
Remember, in the movie, the “Manchurian Candidate” was a Communist posing as a Conservative Republican. (Sound familiar?), not an a guy everyone knows is a lefty, like Obama.
The bottom line is a second Obama term or a Romney presidency will be an absolute disaster for America. Pledging to vote for the “lesser of two evils” only helps ensure that Bishop Mitt will get the nomination and we will be stuck with that horrible choice in November.
We need to send a clear message to the the establishment that MITT IS NOT AN OPTION. It is Santorum, Newt, or some other Conservative who might win a brokered convention, or OBAMA.
Actually, Anthony Kennedy has said he will not return with Obama in the White House. A Romney victory might well compel him to, however. Whose to say Romney won't move the court to the left by putting up an another David Souter in his place?
Romney's record on judges in Massachusetts was a disaster.
