During February, 36.0% of Americans considered themselves Republicans. That’s up from 35.9% in January and the highest number of Republicans measured since December 2010.

Yeah, well, Rasmussen isn’t counting the number of democrats, who faithfully, get out of their graves each election cycle to cast their votes for democrats.

Counting the dead voters, democrats would be shown to have a huge advantage in the voting ranks and in party registration.

Furthermore, the democrats will spin the Rasmussen report as anti-democrat, since the Rasmussen reports don’t follow the democrats’ agenda.

My best friend Richie has voted straight Democrat ticket since he was old enough to vote (37 years)-this year he will either not vote or possibly vote Republican.

Seemingly gone un noticed is the passion on the right vs that on the Left. I have noticed when visiting literally ALL sites which would be considered to the left (not including Huffpo, DU, KOS and other dedicated wacko sites)including all the network sites, WAPO, LAT, CNN, Newsweak, etc that in all cases any article about Obama is followed by comments which easily run 10 or even 15 to 1 against him.

This tells me the right is very much “into” this election and are tuned in to a far greater extent then are those on the Left, despite what is reported.

I live in a heavily Dem Styate and more then obe of my neighbors, Obama voters all have expressed great disappointment in him and will not be again voting for him. One of them even said he would vote Republican, but only if Romney was the candidate, otherwise he will stay home.

Pittsburgh has a lot of blue-dog Dems who always vote their union newsletter. But aside from some inner-city black communities, I know of no place in town where Obama is actually popular. Will be a tough sell to get them to the polls again.

I am into the election but if Romney is the nominee good Lord talk about a downer. It’s hard to get excited in a race where you have two liberals running, only Romney is the cheap ass version of obama.

If Romney gets the nomination I suspect you will see a down turn on the right in their passion and support. They may vote for yet another liberal GOP drone and that will be about it if that. In 2008 I could barely stand to watch McStain on tv do anything, he got on my ever last nerve as Romney does now.

Obama will use class warfare against Romney, meanwhile Romney will “Turn the Cheek” and not fight back against such attacks, because the GOP-e will fear the backlash too much to do so.

Democrats fell to a new low What? There's something lower than a snake's belly? Oh, in numbers. Never mind.

I agree never have I seen so many anti Obama and anti liberal/socialist comments on message boards that trend heavy with Democrat readers/subscribers. Yahoo, LAT’s to name a few. It is impossible for the lefties to win the debate when the facts and track record are so stacked against them.

I expect Democratic turnout to be exceptionally low in November, save for voter fraud.

What finally woke him up?

His wife was laid off when the Catholic hospital she worked for for 15 years was forced to close. Although this happened a while back, it completely disrupted their life and they are now living partially on what's left of her 401K.
