Thanks for your comments on my post. Very enlightening, and very well said.

I guess one point I might have a slight quibble with you is when you mention that you don’t think race baiters find happiness. I’m sure you know they are not looking for happiness. They are locking for power or, like Jesse Jackson, a financial payoff. African Americans have been so ill-served by the majority of their leadership that it’s really a crime. A crime of historic magnitude.

At some point in time though, what has happened needs to be accepted and let go of.  We can't undo things.  The most desiring and capable person on the planet, with a vast willing following, couldn't do that.  I am sorry for what happened, but at some point people have to agree to move on.  Frankly, I think most folks have.  You have your race baiters and their followers, but most folks get it.  We hear the loud mouthed race baitors, and the folks they have misled, but for the most part I think Blacks have moved on.  I respect the people who have.  I am saddened by the folks who can't.  I don't think it brings them happiness.

We're actually in agreement here. Look, I agree that the race baiting leadership is in it for the power and money. Sadly those they mislead aren't going to be happy people. They're convinced they've been done wrong and are still being done wrong.

There are twisted activists that will be happy following the race baiters, I will agree. I don't really have compassionate concern for them. It's the community young folks who are lead astray and see a White boogeyman around every corner that I truly care about, and wish they could find their way out of this looser world view.

Hope this helps. Thanks for the response.
