No, America, with the Adams, Bushes and Roosevelts (are their others?) as examples, is not dynastic. That was the old days mostly.
Now days it's all about cultural infusion and outlets.
The point I was making was the GOP hasn’t won the POTUS without a Nixon or Bush on the ticket since Hoover.
Actually, I’d consider Nixon as his own dynasty (or perhaps reign) - the only person to be elected VP and P twice.
